At HERENCIA Los Angeles, each piece is thoughtfully curated and carefully packaged with intention and care.

We accept returns on eligible ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note the following items are final sale:

• Made-to-order pieces
• Customized or personalized items
• Earrings
  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.

Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
