Please note that select pieces may be made to order or produced in small batches to preserve craftsmanship and detail. Made-to-order items may require approximately 4–6 weeks for production and shipment.
Estimated production timelines are noted within individual product descriptions when applicable.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped within the United States using insured shipping services through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Signature Confirmation
For the security of higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

Delivery Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages
