Processing & Production Times

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Please note that select pieces may be made to order or produced in small batches to preserve craftsmanship and detail. Made-to-order items may require approximately 4–6 weeks for production and shipment.

Estimated production timelines are noted within individual product descriptions when applicable.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped within the United States using insured shipping services through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Signature Confirmation

For the security of higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with appropriate insurance coverage to help protect your purchase while in transit.

Delivery Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, HERENCIA Los Angeles is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen shipping disruptions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. HERENCIA Los Angeles is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at hello@herencialosangeles.com so we may assist you in filing a shipping claim when applicable.

HERENCIA Los Angeles is not responsible for stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
